We’ve seen through the years that the true differentiator in our work is the passion and pride our employees take in doing their jobs. Our employees give us their time, energy, and devotion to improving the electrical landscape in our surrounding communities. They don’t work just to get a job done. They work to show their crafts and skills that represent a company that they not only work for but one that they are a vested owner in. Our success is their success and we wouldn’t be anything without our NRE family.

To ensure we develop each person on our teams, we invest in them with industry-leading training, resources, and career development opportunities. With a priority on intensive, but needed safety training in our culture, we teach our people to care for those around them whether it be a team member or a stranger walking by. No matter the situation, NRE crews are able to use their technical skill with practical awareness to complete a job and get everyone home safely. Our culture of best-in-class expertise, safety, and professionalism across the country allows us to confidently set the standard in the industry.
