Comprehensive Safety Training Programs
Each NRE employee is brought up through our safety training programs and courses before setting foot on the job. We understand and strive to ingrain our safety culture and the value of maintaining a safe workplace in each of our leaders, departments, and field crews.
To ensure that we are consistent and taking care of the needs of our various customers, we proactively offer:
- Substation Technician and Lineman programs to employees who have not completed a formal apprenticeship before joining our team
- Opportunities to attend formal crane training and testing for NCCCO licenses at our in-house testing center
- Annual CPR recertification programs utilizing the AMBU Smart Man Trainer. We provide our custom mobile training unit utilizing the only CPR feedback system shown to have consistent retention rates
