New River Electrical Corporation Announces Plans to Station Northern Operations in Johnstown, Ohio

New River Electrical Corporation is announcing its plans to station its northern operations in Johnstown, Ohio.

With offices in Ohio and Virginia, New River Electrical Corporation is a fully diversified specialty contractor serving the needs of customers in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and nationally. NRE specializes in substation construction and maintenance, overhead transmission and distribution, underground distribution, underground high voltage transmission, industrial division, instrumentation, and storm restoration.

The company, which currently manages its northern operations out of Westerville, Ohio,

has purchased land in the Johnstown Enterprise Center, Johnstown, Ohio’s second business park.  The intention of the purchase is to move its office and facility space to Johnstown to further enhance its northern operations.

“The investment in facilities in Johnstown showcases New River Electrical Corporation’s commitment to our Ohio operations, and we feel this expansion is an integral part of the long-term success of the company,” said Ike Poe, Sr. Vice President of Operations – Westerville.

Since its establishment in 1953, New River Electrical has grown into a dynamic company setting the standard in comprehensive electrical contracting services. NRE has nearly 1,400 employees and is registered to conduct business in 38 states, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
